Detil Pekerjaan : National Service Manager

Summary Role:
The National Service Manager will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of services Mesinlaundry.com customers by managing the operations of the National Service Team including field service technicians. The overall objective of the National Service Manager is to increase Mesinlaundry.com market share and client relationships in the area of after-sales industrial service contracts.

Jobs Description:
Develop, plan and implement a field service model. (with the goal of adapting the model to be rolled out on a national level) that focuses on:
Increasing the customer experience.
Definable measurements and standards (i.e. service levels).
Appropriate systems, tools and training required.
Establish and maintain appropriate and consistent technical support documentation and materials, including policies and procedures.
Manage the overall operations of the national service team to ensure they consistently meet customer expectations and commitments. This includes, but is not limited to:
Planning and establishing service schedules.
Overseeing the division’s work to ensure the consistent quality of customer service and standards are maintained for every job.
Investigating and resolve escalated customer to bring about quick and effective resolutions.
Collaborate with internal business partners to develop consistent standard rates and pricing for service programs and products.
Research, identify and document growth opportunities and assist in the setting of territory margin and sales goals.
Develop, implement, maintain and report on key performance indicators of the Service Division.
Prepare and deliver presentations to current customers and prospects and participate in trade shows, as required.
Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to Service Managers, Service Technicians and Industrial Service Coordinators.



Desired Skills and Expertise:
Post-secondary education with 3-5 years related progressive work experience.
Minimum 3 years management experience, with the ability to effective manage a team remotely. Experience managing a service department which includes field technicians/installers is ideal.
Proven ability to organise activities and work area efficiently both independently and in support of the team
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage staff to meet desired performance standards.
Strong negotiation, presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to generate and explain proposals, guidelines, priorities and procedures.
Effective ability to plan, organise and direct programs.
Effective analytical and problem solving skills.
Solid budgeting and forecasting skills.
Knowledge of automotive after-market and the laundry industry; knowledge of industrial laundry commercial equipment and specifications.
